Modern Plumbing Company Inc. is a fourth generation company which has been family owned and operated for over fifty-five years. The company operates from its own property and buildings located at 4828 Pine Ave, just off the Beltway in Pasadena. Our fleet of service trucks have grown from two to twenty and we continue to add more service trucks, acquire more property, and add-ons to our buildings as our production level increases to meet the needs of our customers.

Modern Plumbing Company Inc. operates according to and in compliance with the licensure of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and the plumbing codes of Pasadena, Houston and their surrounding cities. We are trained and certified in Backflow prevention testing and certification. We also have state certification in medical gasses. We attend all seminars and training on the products we sell to our customers as well as classes pertaining to the services we provide.

We are active members of the National, State and Local levels of the Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors. Our President and Vice-President have served as president of this association at all three levels. We are also members of the American Backflow Association. Our continuous involvement in these associations enables our company and employees to remain up to date on standard practices, codes, and new products in the everchanging industry through seminars, educational classes, meetings and legislative updates.

It is the plumber's creed to "protect the Health of the Nation" and we take this motto seriously. We are active with state legislators and have testified before the State and National congress on issues pertaining to our industry. We urge our political leaders to advocate the enforcement of plumbing codes and to make the public aware of the necessity of complying with these codes for their own safety and protection. It is too often that we hear of fatal accidents due to an inexperienced and unlicensed contractor. We comply with OSHA safety standards and encourage any prospective customer to visit our facility and talk to our staff and determine first-hand what Modern Plmbing Company, Inc. and Modern Plumbing Supply have to offer in terms of trained, licensed plumbers, documented safety procedures, and an experienced and helpful office staff.
