Modern Plumbing Company offers a very wide range of commercial and industrial services for both planned projects, and emergency services including:
Backflow is the unwanted flow of water in the reverse direction. Of course, this phenomenon is a huge health risk due to possible water contamination, especially in a commercial setting. Most building codes require a timely inspection to make sure that the plumbing is in working order. We have licensed technicians that can certify, inspect, test, repair, or replace backflows of any size.

Hydro jetting is extremely effective because it fully clears debris from the line. It removes traces of debris and build-up that occur inside the pipes. It costs a bit more than snaking or rooter techniques but in the long run, it will save money, saving future service calls. It can often take less time than traditional methods. The speed of hydro jetting means less time and less contact with contaminants. Compared to chemical procedures, this is much more environmentally-friendly. It also can be used for preventative maintenance. Can be used on sanitary, storm, and process sewer lines up to 500 feet.
The most effective way to verify and reduce investigational work. By using the camera and locator, it reduces the necessity to excavate to find issues. Helps to pinpoint the issue, reducing time and cost to make needed repairs.
